is this “tumblr support” the staff keeps talking about made of actual people who are paid actual dollars to actually try and solve our problems?
i’ve always had the impression it’s just like a bobblehead doll with a grumpy expression and when you press its tummy it sighs snottily and takes away more site functionality.
If I had ever received any ‘support’ from Tumblr I wouldn’t have needed to install Missing E because THEY WOULD HAVE ALREADY FIXED THEIR SHIT.
Tumblr, good software is when you allow users to write plugins and customize your own, supposedly good, ideas. Bad software is when you threaten anyone using external software instead of trying to make your software remotely usable improve your own ideas.
